Some features of OxFluent, such as advanced AI feedback or unlimited duels, may require a premium subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
When using features like Sentence Studio, you submit audio data. You retain ownership of this data, but you grant OxFluent a license to use this data to provide the service (e.g., analyzing speech for pronunciation feedback).
All content, design, graphics, and code within OxFluent are the intellectual property of OxFluent. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our explicit permission. The "Oxford 3000" trademark is the property of Oxford University Press.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in behavior harmful to our community.
OxFluent is provided "as is". While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from your use of the app.
